Being relatively new the game, I am often reminded to keep my head down during my swing.
In a conversation with my golf instructor I have been advised that most people will tell you to keep your head down but that it is really better to keep your head UP with your eyes down. This advice has worked well for me. When you keep your head up it allows your shoulders to rotate freely underneath your chin without conflict. Keeping your eyes down allows you to see the ball on contact and discourages your head from following the ball. Golf Nut |
