Today's FSUPD Foundation's William Tanner Golf Tournament was Bigger and Better than ever.
Members of the golfing community came from far and wide to participate in this very worthy cause. This annual event was held at the Don Veller Golf Course and Club in beautiful Tallahassee Florida and was organized to assist well deserving recipients with scholarships and assistance to members of the department who have encountered major unforeseen misfortunes. The foundation was so fortunate to receive donations from such generous sponsors and Golfbytez.com was proud to be a part of this worthwhile event. The overwhelming support from the golfing community, only further reinforces the never ending generosity and kind heartedness that existed in our society today. Robbed Again! was the cry. John was also robbed of a great putt on the 7th hole just minutes after his partner TPD Police Chief Dennis Jones experienced a similar putting misfortune on the same hole where both putts hit the cup and hopped over. Bummer!
